I was a little nervous today going in for my second week's weigh in. I didn't think I had lost too terribly much. (It's really hard to tell if you lose a few pounds when you're already pretty large).
I watched what I ate and how much, kept track of my points, ate less butter and sugar, but still didn't expect great results. I skipped a few days breakfast, which is a no-no. But I haven't even had an oh-so-refreshing Sprite since day 2 of the program. (I rock!) (but only sometimes).
So there I went, to the meeting this evening, dropped my bag on the floor, slid out of my shoes, and hopped on the scale. Holy crap a loss!!
That's another 4.2 pounds down for a grand total of 7 pounds (in two weeks). I'm so pumped and excited. And I was actually holding back tears. Imagine what I'll be like when I hit 20 pounds. It's possible I'll cry like a baby.
Anyways, thanks to everyone who has shown me support already. I really appreciate and actually kinda need it. So thank you. You.are.awesome!
